The cardiovascular Department of the hospital provides a service for the diagnosis and treatment of a full range of long-term and acute chronic heart diseasesin addition to receiving the most effective treatments in the field of cardiovascular

Department services

The department performs cardiac catheterization of various:

First: Diagnostic catheterization of the coronary arteries

Second: therapeutic catheter:

- Suction catheter.

- Installation of supports.

- Installation of a pacemaker (monocapillary - bicapillary) (permanent - temporary).

- Expansion of the mitral valve by balloon catheter.

- Expansion of the pulmonary valve by balloon catheter.

Third: an electrocardiogram with effort.

Fourth:ultrasound on the heart (echo).

Fifth: an ultrasound endoscope on the heart.

Sixth: Holter.

Seventh: conducting electrophysiological studies on the heart with cauterization of cardiac foci (EPS ) in cases of increased heartbeat.

The hospital is the only place in the Delta to provide pacemaker service for critical and permanent cases and all cases are transferred from neighboring provinces any day of the week.
